I came to Simply Lending having had issues with getting a mortgage from standard lenders and other poor credit brokers. Shelagh and Jackie worked so hard to find a mortgage that worked for me. They kept me updated all the way through the application process helping me to manage my anxiety. Even though the process could longer than we'd anticipated, they were both fabulous in pushing it forward. End result is a mortgage offer which I couldn't be more pleased with. Highly recommend!

After being told by another broker that I would be unable to secure a mortgage, Simply secured me a mortgage without any problems with a standard lender. 9am call after completing an enquiry the night before. Trusting a company you choose from a Google search can be a bit of a gamble, however finding Simply Lending is one of my life's big wins! Navigating through the daunting task of applying for a mortgage with an imperfect credit rating, and being self employed certainly added to the challenge. I contacted simply lending by using an online form on their website. The next day I was called by Alex who made me feel at ease and explained all about Simply lending, the process and the fees. The fact that you don't pay a penny until a formal offer is received meant the risk was zero. The whole team gathered all of my information, and correlated it (which I imagine wasn't easy). Jackie then checked everything an submitted my application to a high street bank with a very competitive rate. Four working days later I received a formal offer. Absolutely zero stress and always felt I was dealing with professionals who knew their game from all angles. So basically I just gave them the information they needed and they took charge of everything else whilst updating me on the progress. I am so delighted with you all for all the work you have done, this is a life changer, I can't thank you all enough and will always recommend your services. Amazing.!!

I initially took out a bridging loan with a different lender which was for 18 months. This was for a barn conversion and unfortunately along the way we had several unexpected problems. When the loan became payable I could not envisage making the payment due on time so 2 months before I approached my original lender to extend which was not possible although they offered me an alternative but I couldnt understand the payment method so I decided to shop around for something simpler. I went on line and was immediately contacted by Geoff Mossman of Simply Lending. I explained my predicament and my time scale of 2 months to pay off my 1st lender and to sort out a further loan. From day one I felt confident and in safe hands with Geoff. He came up with an offer almost immediately and phoned me at every stage of the paperwork which he made so simple for me to understand. I finished up re mortgaging my home with a very reputable building society and I have put it up for sale and the barn is nearly complete so we can move in soon. When I needed to speak to Geoff he always answered the phone and would phone back straight away which today is a big plus. He always promised me we would meet the deadline for the first repayment we did easily stress free journey. I got a much better deal than the 1st lender win win. Thank you to an honest professional company, my advice is if you find yourself in a similar position as mine do not bury your head in the sand there a good people out there that will give you genuine advice thanks Geoff, Regards Trude

We were lucky enough to find Geoff from Simply in November. We had a complex transaction on multiple properties to complete that kept throwing up issue after issue. We were at the stage on several occasions where another broker would have thrown the towel in. Luckily for us, it wasn’t the case with Simply. Above and beyond at every stage. First class communication at every single step of the way. No extra or hidden fees for the additional work that could never have reasonably been seen in advance. Adrian and Kerry were fantastic at securing a mortgage for us given a challenging set of circumstances, both were friendly and on hand to answer questions and concerns at every stage of the application process through to offer. Unfortunately due to an improved situation we were able to secure a better offer elsewhere so didn't proceed, however, despite this it doesn't detract from the excellent work Simply do for people with challenging and difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend, especially if you think you can't get a mortgage!
