Good morning... Can anyone help me?
My bank have declined my mortgage because I have only been self employed for 18 months and only have 1 years SA302/Tax returns. I have been with that bank for years, I find it ridiculous that they wont help me.
I've sold my house and I feel stuck at the moment.
Thanks for this. I thought being Self Employed and getting a mortgage would be the same process as being employed, in fact I am earning more now and seem to have less options which is very frustrating. It can be daunting being Self Employed as it's easy to think that all mortgage lenders will unduly scrutinise you however rest assured this is not the case!
