When do I pay broker fees

Hi,

Good question.

Our fees are on formal mortgage offer, or completion if on a remortgage.

If you want to understand your potential solution, there is no upfront costs at all.

So once the sell has the funds for the Property then the broker fees are due is that right

Typically it would be on Mortgage Offer still, but if you want to use equity from your property this can be done by individual arrangement yes.

It will entirely depend upon what your transaction is.
