Good Afternoon,

I wonder if you could give some advise on our chances of securing a mortgage with the following details:

Property - ~£350k
Deposit - £70k (20%)
Combined salary - £76k
Outstanding Debt - £0
Adverse events:
-multiple payday loans (myself) mainly from 2016 all settled. None in the last 3-4 years.
-some missed payments (myself) latest from mid-2019 so over 2years ago.

We are looking to start the process April 2022 and are more than likely going to go through Simply.

Many thanks in advance,
Steve

Hi Steve, thanks for getting in contact.

With the above information I expect you will be able to get a mortgage at which point it'll be more a case of getting the best deal available with the adverse credit rather than can you be accepted or not.

We'll be more than happy to help when the time comes, just let us know when you're ready!
