Hi,

me and my partner wanting to buy a house for £169000 we currently have 60000 in savings so would be borrowing 109000

its about 38% deposit.

ive got a Ccj satisfied which is 3 years old and my partner has had one default in the past but we have been debt free completely for 2 years. And her credit cards stand at £2050 and we use them for shopping and then pay the bill etc credit rating is ok

will I be accepted

Hi, thanks for getting in contact.

You have a large deposit which will always help so that's great news!

It will always come down to the finer detail on your credit file however based on the information provided I expect there to be options available to you with competitive rates at that.
