Hi, me and my wife are coming up to 3 years discharged from bankruptcy in my wife’s name name, and 2 CCJ’s for £500, 3 years old this September. What would rates be and deposit look like?

Thanks

Hi there,

We'd never talk rates without a specific factfind although much of the question will be down to your specific situation.

3 years discharge does potentially open up the lender pool (with lower deposit entry level) but you can obviously expect a fair amount of scrutiny/underwriting.

Certainly you will require an absolute minimum of 15% deposit in the current climate.
