I am aware that defaults stick to your file for 6 years, due to a accident in 2016 I lost my job and tried to arrange payments at a lower rate at the time, one thing led to another and I defaulted on more than one account.
will the defaults still be considered on a application after 4 years?
due to IR35 I was placed on a temporary worker status contract.
Aldermore refused my application in May 20 because of the Temp worker status.
DIP accepted.
Offer accepted.
I have approx 15% deposit for approx £180k
the defaults are satisfied/settled.
my Experian credit score is 739 today and going up.
many feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, thanks for getting in contact.

Aldermore are one of the less forgiving of all the specialist lenders so don't be too disheartened by the decline.

We would need to see your Experian report to establish the exact detail and get a better understanding of your employment history however on face value there should be a solution available to you.

If you would like to send it to myself directly I'd be happy to assess your options.

My email is [email protected] and I will come back to you within 24 hours.
