Hi
I have 2 defaults, both satisfied and over 2 years old.
My wife has ccj, satisfied and 5 years old.
She has 34k salary
I'm s. Employed with 18k last tax return.
Can we get a mortgage?
And what %deposit if so?

Hi John,

It’s always difficult without full details, but from the information provided you may qualify for a mortgage with a 10 percent deposit although much more likely if you can hit 15 percent

As often the finer details are critically important

Adrian and Kerry were fantastic at securing a mortgage for us given a challenging set of circumstances, both were friendly and on hand to answer questions and concerns at every stage of the application process through to offer. Unfortunately due to an improved situation we were able to secure a better offer elsewhere so didn't proceed, however, despite this it doesn't detract from the excellent work Simply do for people with challenging and difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend, especially if you think you can't get a mortgage!

Simon Osborne has held my hand all the way through this process with patience and understanding and then got the correct mortgage. So, we had Aime as our advisor, words can’t express how much she has helped us, she has been at our side from day one, no matter how many questions we had she was always on the end of the phone and email. We are first time buyers so have no clue of mortgage talk, Aime never made us feel silly for asking basic stuff, she is able to break things down to human talk. I couldn’t recommend Aime or the company more. It’s a shame we won’t get to talk to her as often now we have our home. Buy a house with Aime at your side, you’re in safe hands. We love her.
