Hi,

How to stop marston collector from contacting my sister?

My sister is in the UK living now and she told me on the phone that marston recently called her and charged her with a debt that was not her but the former resident.

What should she do?

Thanks,

It will depend on what type of debt it is they are chasing. Typically Marston’s already have a court order, at which point it has been through the courts and will need to go back through the courts.

If it has not been court ordered then they are likely to have less enforcement powers, but she/you will need to speak with them directly.

It’s not really our area of specialism, but I wish you well
