I need an advice for my sister

Hi,

How to stop marston collector from contacting my sister?

My sister is in the UK living now and she told me on the phone that marston recently called her and charged her with a debt that was not her but the former resident.

What should she do?

It will depend on what type of debt it is they are chasing. Typically Marston's already have a court order, at which point it has been through the courts and will need to go back through the courts.

If it has not been court ordered then they are likely to have less enforcement powers, but she/you will need to speak with them directly.

It's not really our area of specialism, but I wish you well

Adrian and Kerry were fantastic at securing a mortgage for us given a challenging set of circumstances, both were friendly and on hand to answer questions and concerns at every stage of the application process through to offer. Unfortunately due to an improved situation we were able to secure a better offer elsewhere so didn't proceed, however, despite this it doesn't detract from the excellent work Simply do for people with challenging and difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend, especially if you think you can't get a mortgage!

Simon Osborne has held my hand all the way through this process with patience and understanding and then got the correct mortgage. The problems I faced due to a past/historical, adverse credit rating he tackled and even when my chain collapsed he stuck with me until we finally got the formal offer ready to move into our new house. So, we had Aime as our advisor, words can’t express how much she has helped us, she has been at our side from day one, no matter how many questions we had she was always on the end of the phone and email. We are first time buyers so have no clue of mortgage talk, Aime never made us feel silly for asking basic stuff, she is able to break things down to human talk. I couldn’t recommend Aime or the company more. It’s a shame we won’t get to talk to her as often now we have our home. Buy a house with Aime at your side, you’re in safe hands. We love her.
